Consisting currently of ten units, this one-story, linear unit is topped with a hipped roof and is sheathed with brick. Windows along the structure's primary facade are rectangular fixed examples with an awning sash below. The original six units are relatively easily discernable from the four additional units. 2023: Two-story building was constructed c. 2003
