Additional Information:OTHER BUILDINGS ON SITE INCLUDE 4 OTHER CABINS, a 1960s, two-story unit and a bungalow which serves as the proprietor's home and the motel office. These six, small cabin structures are square, brick units topped with a hipped roof. A single door is topped with an awning and rectangular, sliding windows are situated throughout the structure. 2023: The White Brick Motel property consists of nine buildings including the office, seven cabins, and a main motel block. The white brick cabins were constructed c. 1952 and are identical in size and design. Each has a square footprint, concrete foundation, and hip roof sheathed in asphalt shingles. The facades are arranged into two bays with the main entrance on the west half and a window opening on the east half. Windows are primarily one-by-one, vinyl replacements.
