Resurveyed March 2017: no visible changes.

This 2-story astylistic utilitarian building was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with concrete block walls and an asphalt-shingled front-gabled roof with exposed rafter ends. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with an overhead garage bay in the center of the first story, flanked by a newer 1-over-1 window and a pedestrian-scale door. The second story contains a 3-over-1 window and a newer 1-over-1 window.
