J. N. Hausmann, Original Owner, 1926. (2)

Resurveyed April 2017; subsequent alterations include the addition of vinyl siding and the replacement of the front window bank (originals were 1-over-1).

This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed in 1926 following a design by J.N. Hausmann. It is rectangular in plan with a brick foundation, vinyl siding, and asphalt-shingled stacked hipped roofs. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a rounded front door located in an ell created by a projecting front bay. The west side of the bay contains a bank of four replacement multi-pane casement windows with geometric patterned glazing. The front door is accessed by a small concrete stoop with metal railings. A small eyebrow dormer is located in the central hipped roof.
