Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Two story brick structure with symmetrical fenestration including eight windows with lug sills, six on the upper floor in evenly spaced but separate pairs. On the first floor is a central garage door flanked by two windows on one side and a door on the other. The only detailing is a corbeled belt course forming a frieze panel at the roof parapet. The roof is flat. Construction date, 1906. (A) C. Schoknecht, Mason. (A) Locally designated 11.12.85.
