NOTES
Additional Information:"2023- resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Houses of Worship thematic survey.

The subject building was the first church of the Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church parish, which was formed on 13 November 1947. The first mass was conducted before the new building had windows or doors. The congregation added a school in 1955 with an initial enrollment of 280 pupils. Between 1955 and 1965, the parish added a rectory and expanded the school. A replacement church on the property was completed in 1988. As a result of the new facility, the original church was converted into a school gymnasium and an extended care facility. The 1947 original church/gymnasium building was demolished in 2018."
