NOTES
Additional Information:The residence at 1232 Riverside is a two story Queen Anne style house that has a complex hip and gable roof covered with standing seam metal. The walls are covered with clapboard siding and liberally decorated with wod trims. Gables have decorative bargeboard. Openings are largely single light sashes that are irregularly placed on the building. The main elevation features a bay window in the projecting gable. A veranda covers the front entrance. It has a hip rof, pediment gable decoration, spool-and-spindle frieze, brackets, and turned posts. There is a lattice-work apron alogn the base.

The building features the irregular plan, projecting gables, wood trim, and veranda that are typical of the style. Although not a large house, it has all of the features of the style that are important and the building has a high level of integrity.
