Additional Information: | Builder was Peter Hansen. This house is a two-story Tudor Revival style building with a brick first story and a stucco covered second story. The second story has decorative half timbering and steeply-pitched gables with returned eaves. The house is decorated with shed-roofed dormes and projecting bays. Openings are filled with period sashes. The main entrance sits behind a compound round brick arch. It is a round-arched wood and glass door. This house is architecturally significant as a fine example of the Tudor Revival style. It represents the half-timber variation of the style and has a high level of historic integrity.
