2020: Resurveyed - This two-and-one-half story, front gabled, brick commercial building was constructed c.1890. The south-facing façade has an altered storefront level with a recessed entryway at the east end. Storefront windows and transom lights have been boarded up, apart from two windows adjacent to the entrance. A denticulated cornice spans the full width of the façade between the first and second stories. On the second story of the façade are three evenly spaced segmental arch window openings with modern replacement one-over-one sashes; similar windows are found on the side elevations. Centered in the front gable is a large segmental arch window opening with a set of three windows each with a leaded glass upper sash. At each end of the gable is a decorative bracket. A decorative barge board at the gable peak that is visible in a previous survey photo is no longer present. According to the WHPD record, this building historically operated as a bakery and Sanborn maps show the building as a store..
