| Additional Information: | ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Two story brick structure with an elaborate cornice, diamond patterned cobeling frieze panel. The building has three street facades as it occupies a corner lot. There are seven upper floor windows all square with sills. the first floor windows are two segmentally arched large flanking the centered entrance the Palmer st. facade has a large storefront window boarded over. The first floor has a rasticated look and is capped with a belt course. Excellent example of brick corner bar with original fenestration and much decorative brickwork. Construction date, 1895.
