Pfeifer Construction Co. was the builder. 2017 - This Contemporary-style residence hall was designed by Brielmaier, Sherer & Sherer and completed in 1968. It is located on the northeast corner of West Wisconsin Avenue and North 16th Street, on the campus of Marquette University. The 12-story tower has a circular footprint with a cutout oriented toward the street corner. The building consists of two sections, a 15-story core and 13-story outer ring. The visible portion of the central core, which contains the primary entrance to the building, is a steel-framed repeated array of windows and spandrel panels. The outer ring consists of fenestration bays separated by concrete columns. Each bay contains two pairs of windows per floor between concrete spandrel panels.
