Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Original design was by Peter Green in 1914. Lack of funds suspended construction until 1924 when the new congregation, English Lutheran Church of Resurrection, resumed building under the architectural team of Gaarder and Gaarder. In 1942, the l-shaped addition was built at the rear. In 1960, Alfred Stewart designed the octagonal tower addition. 2023- surveyed as part of Milwaukee Houses of Worship thematic survey.
