Additional Information: | Map code 0710-053-0411-9. 1987- The village of Fair Oaks was incorporated in 1906. The Village Hall was dedicated on March 31, 1908. The first floor housed a meeting room, a small jail and a fire station. The village was annexed to the city of Madison in 1913. The Village Hall later became anannex to the old Hawthorn School (220 Division St.) before being converted to apartments. |
