The upper five floors on both the north and west facades feature almost continuous bands of replacement plate-glass windows understood with thin metal sills. The building is devoid of any other significant ornamentation and the east and south facades abut adjacent building.

This building was constructed in 1953 as an annex to the adjacent Wisconsin Telephone Company Building (722 N. Broadway-- #68914). It was designed by the Milwaukee firm of Grassold-Johnson & Associates.
