NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This structure is typical of small Gothic Revival Churches constructed at the turn of the Century. This church, almost void of elaborate decorative embellishments, represents a very restrained interpretation of the style. It has retained its original building fabric and is in good condition.
