Additional Information:The complete photo codes for 10-31 are 10-31/16 and 10-31/17. This structure is an excellent example of the late Victorian duplex house. Eclectic in design, its mix of Victorian and Colonial Revival details is dominated by the three story polygonal tower. No main building permit exists. William Strack was the owner in 1892.
