| Additional Information: | A full map code is 10-32/3. This structure is an excellent example of a late Victorian duplex. Retaining its original form and design, it is in excellent condition. Of note to its design is the squareness of the structure (vis-a-vis - rectangular) and the decorative second floor porch. Herman Schmidt was the owner in 1890. |
