2020: Original bridge replaced in 1981. The deck width is approximately 62 feet, accommodating four total lanes of automobile traffic as well as pedestrian sidewalks on each side. The total length of the entire structure is 2,664.5 feet, and the length of the longest span is 190 feet. The paved decking, with concrete parapets and chain-link guards, rests upon steel girders and cast-in-place concrete piers. Minimum vertical clearance over the Menomonee Valley is 40 feet.
