NOTES
Additional Information:2021: The c.1925 warehouse is rectangular in plan and is attached to the south elevation of the canning plant; a red clay tile stepped parapet is visible where the two buildings meet. It is a two-story industrial building that was one of the first additions to the canning complex outside of the original canning plant. It is clad in red clay tile, rests on a concrete foundation, and has a front-gable roof covered in corrugated metal. Windows include a mix of original multi-light and replacement fixed and double-hung sash with concrete sashes and sills. The central entrance on the south elevation has wood steps and a concrete sash over the wood panel door; an associated outdoor loading area is off the south elevation. A sign reading “Lodi Canning Co.” is located above the door. A portion of infilled concrete is located at the southeast corner of the building. The interior of the building was toured during a site visit. Fixtures appeared to be largely original and intact including exposed clay tile walls and wood rafters. The interior layout also appears to remain similar to the period of significance with large, open rooms for equipment.
