Additional Information:1926 - seventh floor added - Burst & Phillip. M in the photo codes is short for the Menomonee Valley Intensive Survey negatives. Resurveyed for Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey, SHPO#10-0983, Prepared by Heritage Research (2010). Appearance unchanged since 2000 survey of Marquette Interchange. 2016 - Seven-story brick and concrete building with flat roof. Central loading bays on the right (south) side of the main (west) facade. Windows are generally six-pane fixed with concrete sills.

2019 - Not resurveyed (streetcar project). Loss of integrity. Update photo.
