Additional Information: | Was known as the Miramar Theatre at least until 1931. A representative example of a WWI period theater. Contractor was L. Stollberg. By 1940, the building was owned by the Fox Eastside Theater Corporation and was referred to as the "Oakland Theater". In the mid-1950s, it was renamed the "Fred Miller Theater". Previously surveyed in 1980 with map code 45/20. Map name was LUQS 316. |
