Additional Information:Foundation put in by Will Steele of Lodi. Mason contractor was the National Fireproof Co. of Chicago, carpenter contractor was Carl C. Menes of Lodi. Fireproof two-story automobile garage built for local implement dealer J.I. McFarland. Walls of clay tiles veneered with brick. Now (1999), building used as apartments.
