Additional Information: | Lodi plat books show nothing on this lot in 1873, but the original building was extant by 1890 and so was built between those dates. From 1897 until at least 1901 the house was owned by Mrs. K. Burns. In 1921, the house was owned by Frank Klements, a carpenter, who owned the house in 1921 when it was remodeled into its present Bungalow form, and he owned it until at least 1940. There is also a stucco clad garage behind the house designed ensuite. |
