Additional Information:Built in 1935 for Harry and Blanche Simons. Spanish type clay tile roof. Only residential example of the Med. Revival in Lodi and one of the best Period Revival examples. "Secluded beneath a towering spruce is the home believed to be the last house Menes built. Its Mission style features stucco walls, a red tile roof, and an arched courtyard entry."
