Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. Proprietors from at least 1920-1946 were Michael and Frances Wasilewski. A three story, masonry commercial building that has been considerably altered. Its form and design suggest a construction date (c. 1920-25). It is one of a few early 20th century hotels on the south side.
