2023- resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Houses of Worship thematic survey.

Parish was organized in 1908. Romanesque Revival church with an orange brick exterior. Due to the Depression, the left tower was never built and the right one is shorter than originally designed. Polish Catholic congregation organized in 1908. Other buildings in the complex include the combination school-church building (AHI #245494) and a rectory (AHI #245493)."
