Additional Information:See Mt. Sinai File. Another map code is 22/24 LUQS 390.

Max Neff, a mason, was the builder. Conrad Trimborn was the president of the Milwaukee Bridge Company. Prior to this, he was a building contractor with C.H. Starke and Co.

1973: "Designed by well-known local architect, this house is one of 23 buildings included in the historic buildings survey conducted in 1973 in conjunction with the Mt. Sinai Neighborhood Development Project. It is a spacious, picturesque, reasonably well-preserved, and in many ways typical late 19th century Milwaukee residence. At the time of its construction, its original owner was associated with C. H. Starke & Co., dredging contractors, and in 1894 became secretary of the firm (then named C. H. Starke Dredge & Dock Co.).

Alterations and Additions (as of 1973):
Evidently there have been no major alterations to the exterior. Building permits record changes made on the interior during the 1950s to bring the building up to code (it was a rooming house by this date), together with installation of a new heating system and modification of the wiring."
