Additional Information: Locally designated: 7/12/83. "This structure is a two and one half story Queen Anne style residence with a hipped roof with many intersecting gables. The extiror of cream brick and stone, is articulated with numerous oriels and dormers. On the main elevation is a two story bay window topped with a third story loggia. Above the recessed main entry is a decorated Queen Anne style oriel. The windows are single-light double-hung sash. The ouse has been little altered. By 1910 the rear porch that had been added to the south elevation had been removed and the balcony above this was enclosed to make na oriel in 1922." (A). Horace Rublee was associated with this building from 1885 to 1896.
