NOTES
Additional Information:Had it survived, this building would now be part of the Brewers' Hill Historic District. Locally designated: 11/12/85. Good example of Colonial Revival style brick double flat with many extant original details. Altered in 1953. two and one half story multigabled residence of brick with ornate three part window in gable and two story bay window. Brackets remain. Porch above front entrance supported by columns on brick with railing.
