St. Martin's Hall (Annex) is situated accross the street from the parish church. The parish purchased the grounds in 1914 for $48,500. The upper floor was converted into lving quarters for the parish's janitor. The lower was used for parish functions. In 1919 the Annex housed a nursery for working mothers. The building was remodled between 1940 and 1945. Artificial siding covers the origianal details.
