Additional Information: | Original estimated cost was $27,000. 2016 - all doors and windows replaced, some infilled. 2020 - Constructed of brown brick, the building is comprised of a two-story block along Barclay Street with a one-story portion extending east along Mineral Street. The one-story elevation contains four overhead garage and freight doors, with a shed-roofed addition on the eastern end of the building containing an additional two garage doors. The entire structure features a flat roof and plain parapet capped with tile coping. The two-story western elevation contains fixed aluminum windows with cast stone sills and a pedestrian entrance at the southern end. Windows and doors throughout are replacements, although original openings appear to have been maintained. |
