NOTES
Additional Information:Original cost $6,000. This building, part of a fine row of 6 commercial structures of similar scale, is a good example of a three bay cream brick building. It has several details in the Italianate commercial style, including a bracketed cornice with gablet, and arch topped windows. The upper facade of the two story brick structure remains in original configuration, while the storefront at street level has been extensively altered. Good example of a typical three bay cream brick commercial building with integrity of form and original cornice and window surrounds. Locally designated district: 11/12/85.
