NOTES
Additional Information:Fritz Werner was the carpenter here in 1865. The upper facade of this two story cream brick commercial building retains its Italianate commercial character, with arched four over four windows and window hoods, cornice with gablet and centered peak window. The lower story storefront has been extensively altered except at the upper story entrance door which has not been changed. Fair example of an early three bay cream brick store with integrity of form. Locally designated district: 11/12/85.
