Additional Information:2016 - Two-story building with flat roof, tile drip cap, and rock-faced concrete block walls. Four loading bays are located on the north elevation. Windows have concrete sills and replacement sash in original openings.

This warehouse is a 1920 addition to the adjacent NRHP-listed Lindsay-Bostrom Building (Ref. No. 02000417). It is described as part of the property in the NRHP nomination.
