NOTES
Additional Information:The White Tower coffee shop chain was founded in Milwaukee in 1926. This building is believed to have been the last White Tower in downtown Milwaukee and represents their architectural symbol. The 1976 city directory was the last White Tower listing. In 1978-1979 it was the Chuck Wagon Restaurant, 1980 it was vacant, and by 1981 the address is no longer listed. Between 1982 and 1983 the entire block was leveled and it is now the site of a parking garage.
