Additional Information:2024: The Froemming Brothers Shipping Inc. warehouse was constructed in 1941 along the north bank of Kinnickinnic River west of S. 1st Street. It is an irregular plan building consisting of a long, narrow warehouse with a central gabled monitor roof and flanking side-bays, a gable roof addition spanning the entire west elevation of the warehouse, and a two-story flat roof addition at the north end of the east elevation. The exteriors of the warehouse and the full-width addition are clad in corrugated metal. Vehicular entrances are in the south and north gable end elevations of the warehouse and the full-width addition. The southeast and east elevations of the two-story addition include ribbons of 12- and 15- light steel windows with central hopper sashes. --- 2016 - appearance unchanged. Corrugated metal sheds, metal windows along E elevation.
