Additional Information:2024: The industrial building was constructed in 1941. Overall, it is L-shaped in plan and includes three distinct volumes: a one-story L-shaped low pitch, gable roof volume, a one-story rectangular flat roof volume, and a two-story square plan hip roof volume. The building is constructed of concrete block. There are two symmetrically balanced storefronts consisting of central pedestrian doors flanked by single windows, one in the south-facing elevation and one at the north end of the east elevation. The windows in the L-shaped volume are paired six light casement windows. The windows in the rectangular volume are large single pane fixed sash windows. The windows in the two-story square volume are replacement one-over-one hung sash windows. --- 2016 - appearance unchanged. Concrete block office with picture windows and entry portico on S elevation. Connected to two story hip roof block by one story hyphen.
