| Additional Information: | Brick corner tavern, minimal cast stone detailing. Replacement windows. 2020 - Located on the northwest corner lot of 1st Street and Florida Street, the primary entrance of the two-story, flat-roofed building is located at the cut-away southwest corner. Aluminum, fixed-pane windows have replaced original storefront windows on the western façade, while the remainder of the windows throughout the building are double-hung replacements. A metal doorway leading to the second story is located at the northwest corner. The building features modest brickwork and cast stone detailing, found in the soldier course of bricks which encircle the building above the first-and second-story doors and windows. A plain stone cornice band is located just below the unembellished parapet. |
