Additional Information: | This 3-story Queen Anne duplex was constructed c. 1890. It is rectangular in plan with a stone foundation, vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with a 3-story porch at the northern end and a 2-story bay window at the southern end. The porch has wooded column supports with modern wooden railings at the second and third stories. The large windows in the center of the first- and second- story bays have leaded glass upper panes; other windows are 1-over-1 double-hung. Resurveyed July 2012; subsequent changes include the replacement of the original wall material with vinyl siding throughout, the replacement of porch railings, and the replacement of original 2-over-2 windows with 1-over-1 windows. |
