Additional Information: | Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research. 2010: This four-story, Contemporary-style combined apartment building and business block has a brick and stone veneered primary (southeast) facade. The stone veneer is centered on the building and is irregularly stacked. The first floor includes an exposed parking garage and a commercial space outfitted with plate-glass windows. Fenestration in the upper stories is comprised of large sliding units. Designed by William Paschke, the subject building was constructed in 1965. |
