Additional Information: | Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research. 2010: Clad in a large brick veneer, this is a two-story, Contemporary-style apartment building whose main entrance is defined by two-stories of large, alternating, plate-glass windows that expose the interior hallways and main stairwell. Other fenestration typically consists of large, paired casement examples. Designed by R. Thiele, the subject building was constructed in 1961. City directories do not indicate a name but do state it possessed 21 apartments. |
