Originally built circa 1905 as a garage by C.O. Parsons, this building received additions in 1911 and 1915. By the mid-1970s the subject building stood vacant and vandalized. It was remodeled as an office building circa 1980.

Not resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research. Loss of integrity--wholesale storefront replacement.
