2010: This two-story, Contemporary-style apartment building features brick and stone veneer on the primary facade. The main entrance is flanked by sliding windows located within a heavy concrete surround. The second floor contains a long band created by heavy concrete surround. The band is outfitted with three sliding windows and an irregularly stacked stone veneer.

Deigned by A. Chaconas, the subject building was constructed in 1960. City directories do not cite a name, but do indicate that this apartment building originally consisted of 18 units.
