Additional Information: | This 2-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1902. It is rectangular in plan with asbestos and vinyl siding and a flat roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with shop windows at the northern end and a recessed doorway at the southern end of the first story. The door is accessed by a concrete stoop with metal pipe handrail. The second story contains a shallow bay window at the northern end and a single 1-over-1 window at the southern end. The interior of the building has been remodeled for use as a sandwich shop with a modern drop ceiling and vinyl flooring. Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the removal of smaller windows from the first story and the removal of earlier asbestos and vinyl or aluminum siding from the facade. |
