NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Art Moderne retail building was constructed in 1911 . It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof.
The front elevation faces southeast and is symmetrical in plan with a central recessed doorway with modern shop
windows on each side. Dark colored bricks in linear patterns are located above the shop windows and below the roofline
on each side. A flat signboard is located in the center of the facade above the door.

The interior of the building has been recently renovated for use as a photography studio and does not appear to retain any
original installations or surface materials.

Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the removal of T1-11 siding and smaller windows from the façade and the addition of a signboard to the front wall.
