NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1915. It is rectangular in plan with brick and stone
veneered walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with a plate glass window
and a single glazed door. The wall below the window is clad in a decorative stone veneer. Above the window and door is
a wood shingled awning that spans the width of the facade. A painted signboard is mounted just below the roofline.

The interior of the building appears to retain no original store installations or surface materials and currently functions as a
small art glass studio.

Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the removal of T1-11 siding from the first story, the addition of a picture window, and the removal of an older signboard.
