Additional Information:This 3 story Craftsman apartment building was constructed c. 1913. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stucco walls, and a low-pitched hipped roof with wide overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces northwest and is aymmetrical in plan with a 3 story, 3 sided bay window comprising the northern half of the facade and a projecting 3 story bay comprising the southern half where a pair of single front doors is located. The doors are accessed via a slight concrete stoop with metal railings. Windows throughout the building are one over one.

Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the replacement of banks of three windows with pairs of windows in the front elevation.
