2010: This nine-story, Contemporary-style, brick apartment building features a limestone entrance surround with a flat hood and detached metal, Art-Deco-like sidelights. Window openings contain limestone sills and one-over-one, double-hung windows. These windows are arranged both singly and in pairs, as well as in bands of five on the main (northwest) facade.

Constructed in 1950, the Lake Crest Apartment Building was designed by Michael B. Coifman. It originally contained 127 units.
