NOTES
Additional Information:Builder: J.G. Jones.

The Thomas H. Spence House is an excellent example of residences designed in Classical Revival. Extremely formal in its design, it is in fine condition and exhibits original form.

Around 1946, the west elevation was reconfigured to add a three story, terrazzo floor staircase to service the building and a first floor classroom.

Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research.
