Additional Information:Resurveyed 2016 by UWM-CRM as part of Milwaukee Bublr bikeshare project.

2016- "This Mansard brick apartment complex was constructed in 1966. The front elevation faces west and is comprised of three
projecting blocks with a mansard roof. Sliding windows are found in pairs throughout the complex, with vertical wood
board spandrels in between stories and brick pilasters separating window bays. Materials throughout appear to be
original.

The building is within the APE for proposed station site #61 -Oakland/Bradford."
